By downloading, installing, or using Healthify Meals ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Healthify Meals helps you plan, cook, and log what you eat. It includes AI-powered recipes and meal plans, food and supplement logging, targets and weekly check-ins, workouts, community spaces, and optional coaching and challenges run by people. Nutritional information and suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions, food allergies, or are taking medication. Nutritional estimates provided by the App are approximate and generated by AI — they may not be fully accurate.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they must agree to any purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Healthify Meals offers a free plan and paid plans. Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases on our website are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
Coaching is provided by the coach you choose, not by Healthify Meals. Coaches give general nutrition and fitness guidance. They are not providing medical care, and section 3 applies to everything they send you. What your coach can see is described in the Privacy Policy. Coaching access lasts as long as your coaching plan is active, and coaches may also message you about their services.
A challenge is a program with a set start and end, which may be free or paid. Your access lasts for the challenge and any time stated on its page. If a challenge lists a prize, its page says what the prize is, and the person running the challenge decides and awards it. Only take part in physical activity that is safe for you.
AI-generated recipes, plans, estimates, and chat replies, including AI Katie, can be wrong. AI Katie is an AI, not the real Katie, and is not a medical professional. Check what it tells you, and always check food labels for allergens. AI features have fair-use limits so the service keeps working for everyone. What is sent to AI providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of recipes and content you create using the App. By posting content to community features, you grant Healthify Meals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.

All content, design, and technology in the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Healthify Meals and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthify Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
