1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Healthify Meals ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Healthify Meals is an AI-powered recipe transformation app that helps users create healthier versions of recipes. The App provides nutritional information and recipe suggestions for informational purposes only.

3. Health Disclaimer

The App is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions, food allergies, or are taking medication. Nutritional estimates provided by the App are approximate and generated by AI — they may not be fully accurate.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Healthify Meals offers free and premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions purchased through the App are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you create using the App. By posting content to community features, you grant Healthify Meals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Post offensive, harmful, or misleading content in community features
• Use automated tools to access the App or its APIs

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Healthify Meals and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthify Meals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
